ZF Alpha Update #1
Preparations for the Zenith Frontier alpha test are now well underway. Thank you to everyone who has applied, we have received more interest than expected. For those who are unaware, the alpha test begins on the 1st March 2019. You can find more information on what to expect here.
Some of you have been in contact, asking about our selection criteria. Hopefully we can clear this up today!
What is the Selection Process?
We’re looking for a variety of testers who together make up a reasonable sample of our target audience. This means that we are looking for a mixed bag of people with an assortment of preferences playing on PCs with varying performance.
Other than that, we prefer testers who are looking to engage with the development of the game. We hope that you will be making contributions through feedback and bug reports so that we can build a two-sided relationship.
Alongside development we are setting up the required bug reporting and feature request tools so that we will be ready to hit the ground running when we begin the first alpha test on 1st March 2019. Those of you who are selected will receive an email containing all the information you need to join, as well as a description of the game’s current state and the focus of the test cycle. We’ll be adapting our design criteria and roadmap direction based on your feedback.
We’re excited to get started! If you are interested in joining the alpha but have not applied yet, you can do that here.
