POLARITY - ZF Lore

 

This week development started on the navigation system that will connect environment elements for the purposes of transportation, trade, etc. Since it is not ready for release, this week we are sharing the first exerpt of lore from the world of Zenith Frontier.

 

POLARITY

In this new era of the Supranational Union every faction must outwardly display a spirit of cooperation. Factions are rarely directly hostile because those who are risk being publicly shunned. The cooperative spirit of some factions is more earnest than others, but identifying the pretenders is not always easy.

The cultural, political, and military rules of engagement have changed and it is not more difficult than ever to identify your enemies - those who are plotting your downfall do so secretly.

The discouragement of outward aggression of members of the Union has forced rivals into underground operations. Attacks are unpredictable and crafty.

Under the facade of never before seen cooperation for the greater good of humanity the world, and now galaxy, is more competitive than ever.

Friendship is used as a mask for aggressive desires. Those who seem the most supportive may be advancing their own interests at your expense. You must root yourself deeply to gain strength through a solid footing.

Each faction seeks out those who are secretly their enemies the growing paranoia serves only to fuel the New Cold War.
